hot air balloon pilot, experienced in high-altitude flights.

As a commercial pilot, he spent about 3000 hours in the air, he did commercial flights in Poland and Australia with the biggest balloons having the capacity 12.000 m^3, taking even up to 24 passengers on the board.

On the 9th of October 2001, he set the record of Poland in the flight by hot air balloon, reaching the altitude of 10.000 metres above ground level. The next record set during the project “Polska Stratosfera” (Polish Stratosphere). Together with Włodzimierz Klósek they achieved 11.125 meters.

He successfully participated in many national and international events, such as: the Polish Hot Air Balloon Championship, the European Hot Air Balloon Championship, and the World Hot Air Balloon Championship. One of four Poles, who flew across the Australian continent with a hot air balloon from the West to the East (in 1988). The only Pole, who flew in New Zealand and Tasmania. Decorated by the German Balloon Federation for his contribution during the rescue action of the gas balloon team.
