Andrzej Kotarski – born 20.10.1970 in Kętrzyn in Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. Graduate of Pharmacy Faculty of Medical University in Gdańsk in 1989-1994. Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences with 1st grade specialization in General Pharmacy. Pharmacist in years 1994-2014. Graduate of Faculty of Aviation and Air Defence of National Defence University with specialization of Aviation Organizations Management in 2003-2005. In the frame of these Master Studies parallel finished Master courses on space technologies engineering and its applications at Warsaw University of Technology, Master course on space law at Warsaw University and Master courses on space tourism and cost engineering at Keio University in Yokohama in Japan. In 2010 finished Executive Space Course at International Space University. Co-Founder, Vice-President and Main Revision Committee Member in Mars Society Polska in 1999-2012. Member, General Secretary and Vice-President of Polish Astronautical Society since 1999. In 2001-2005 National Representative and Regional Coordinator of UN Space Generation Forum in Support of UN Space Applications Programme. In 2005-2012 Technical Secretary of Committee on Space Research of PAS. Launch and Mission Design Team Manager. Co-Lead of space education programme ZNEK in Tricity in 2001-2004. Co-organizer of ARISS ham radio contact sessions in 2004 and 2009. Member of Tripoli Rocket Association (2010 – present) and Senior Member of AIAA (2003 – present). Member of IAA Study Group 6.10 on International Space Dictionary. Space Programmes Specialists in Business Development Division of Creotech Instruments S.A. in 2014-2017. Participated in feasibility studies on EO satellite systems, UV astronomy satellite, SSA, future space technology trends and Phase A SAT-AIS satellite project ordered by POLSA, ESA and NCBiR. Since 2017 to present Special Processes Specialist in Quality Division of PZL “Warszawa-Okęcie” S.A. (Airbus Group). Supervising cleanliness processes of space production in cleanroom.
